West Seattle Lacrosse is run completely by you: the families, friends, and players from West Seattle. The site shares information about registration, practices, games, events and volunteering.

High School Boys

Our High School boys team welcomes any West Seattle High School boy or private high school player who lives in the West Seattle reference area to play for the club. 

New Player equipment
New players will need a stick, shoulder pads, arm pads, gloves and cleats. Helmets can be rented with a deposit or purchased. Contact the club for more detail. 

League Assignment
West Seattle Boy's High School Lacrosse plays in the 3A Metro League. The Washington High School Boys Lacrosse Association (WHSBLA) is the governing organization. 

High School Girls

Our High School girls team welcomes any West Seattle High School girl who lives in West Seattle and Highline School District. 

New Player equipment
New players will need a stick, goggles and cleats. 

League Assignment
West Seattle Girls High School Lacrosse plays in the Metro League. The Washington Schoolgirls Lacrosse Association (WSLA) is the governing organization. 

Girls 10U, 12U and 14U

The West Seattle Girls program currently includes 10U, 12U and 14U teams. We welcome any girls who would like to play. 

Pre-season practices typically start in the beginning of February with games starting in March and running through May. 
    
The 10U, 12U and 14U teams generally practice 2 evenings per week.  Games are held in the Seattle metro area (including Bainbridge Island) for the youth divisions. 

New players will need goggles and a stick, and for the goalie, a chest protector and shin guards.

As our girl's program grows, we look forward to launching a girls West Seattle High School team for the 2023 season- stay tuned for more information!
